How Does the Dietrine Fat and Carb Blocker Work?

Dietrine is a fat and carb blocker. Whenever you eat starchy foods like pasta or potatos, you are taking in complex carbohydrates. These carbohydrates are digested by your body and turned into simple sugars that is burned by your body for energy. The enzyme responsible for this conversion from carbohydrates to sugar is known as alpha amylase. It is produced by the pancreas.

All of that sugar created from the carbohydrates that isn't burned off as energy is turned into fat for storage. If you don't burn off all that energy, then those carbohydrates become fat, thus causing you to gain weight.

Dietrine, then, is a fat and carb blocker. By shutting down much of the production of alpha amylase, it keeps the complex carbohydrates in starchy foods from becoming sugar. This in turn keeps those sugars from becoming fat and causing you to gain weight. Less caloric intake means less calories stored in your body as fat.
